Casa Fifi was built in Miami Beach, by hand.
Behind it is a small team of women who between them have run factories, led luxury retail teams, and built real estate portfolios. We bring that same range of experience and drive to every property, every stay, every detail.
We care about how a space feels when you walk in. We care about the conversation before you arrive. We care about getting it right — not because we have to, but because that's simply how we work.
This is Casa Fifi. We're glad you're here.

"I'm French — born and raised in Paris, moved to Miami at 28, and I've been living happily between two worlds ever since.
I spent several years at Cartier before joining Louis Vuitton, where I still work today. Somewhere along the way I also became a short-term rental host, a renovator, and a real estate investor — which tells you everything you need to know about my relationship with free time.
My world at Louis Vuitton is luxury client experience — building relationships, understanding what people need before they ask, making sure every interaction feels right. It's work I genuinely enjoy, and it shapes the way I think about hosting more than anything else.
Casa Fifi started in 2021 with a first real estate investment and a lot of conviction. It grew from there — and along the way I had the chance to meet other wonderful entrepreneurs who trusted Casa Fifi to manage their properties. Each one is a space I've put real thought and care into. I invest, I renovate, and I tend to get very hands-on with projects. I've laid microcement floors, installed doors and frames, and spent more weekends than I can count on things most people would just hire out. Interior design is where I get to play.
I speak French, Spanish, and English — which makes South Beach feel like a very natural home base.
I'm a Parisian who fell in love with Miami, a luxury professional who also gets her hands dirty, and a host who actually reads your messages. I'm also into astrology, if you want to know more about me than my job title suggests.
Welcome — I hope the space feels like it was made with you in mind."

'I spent the first chapter of my career in luxury — Givenchy, Cartier, then Swarovski — and if there's one thing that the world of luxury teaches you, it's that the details are everything. A scratch you almost didn't notice. A hinge that's slightly off. The box that isn't quite aligned. I see all of it. My friends call it a quirk. I call it a gift.
Today I'm a realtor — and it turns out both careers have more in common than you'd expect: people trust you with something that matters deeply to them, and you'd better get it right.
Delphine and I met at Cartier in 2012 and have been in each other's lives every day since — phone calls, coffee, bike rides, impromptu real estate tours. We're proof that going into business with your closest friend can actually be the best decision you ever make, as long as you're genuinely complementary.
Operations are my happy place — processes, checklists, standards, making sure every unit is exactly right before a guest walks in. I have strong opinions about cleaning. Elaborate, well-researched, possibly unreasonable opinions. I stand by all of them.
I'm originally from Peru and have lived in the UK, Germany, Dubai, and Hong Kong. Somewhere along the way I also developed a serious travel habit — the kind that leans toward adventure, exploration, and destinations most people need to look up on a map. I go places fully committed, which is the only way I know how to do anything.
Yoga is my anchor. It's where I find my calm, reset my energy — and somehow where my best operational ideas tend to surface. Something about holding a pose for too long makes the solution obvious.
South Beach is home, and I take that seriously. I go to city meetings, I care about the architecture, the neighborhood, the people in it. Someone suggested I run for mayor. The idea is not entirely off the table.
I speak Spanish, English, and Italian. And yes, the apartment will be spotless when you arrive."

"I began my career running a high-end clothing factory in Peru — the kind of business where quality is non-negotiable and standards are deeply personal. From there came Europe, new ventures, years in Madrid, and eventually Miami, which I have called home for the past eight years. I have never stood still.
On any given day, you'll find me moving through the city with my loyal companion, Lucas — a rescue dog I'm convinced is a Berger Picard (the team remains unconvinced, but we've agreed to disagree).
Last year, after many years in the making, I published my first novel. I am already working on my second.
I am also Ibis's mother — which means Delphine came as part of the package. At this point, she feels like a natural extension of the family, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
When Casa Fifi began to grow, joining felt like a natural step. I came on board in 2024 as quality controller, ensuring that every unit reflects the standard we promise. I work closely with our cleaning team, bringing the same trained eye to a perfectly prepared apartment as I once did to a finished garment. Nothing escapes my attention — and that's exactly how I like it.
I have spent my life building — factories, businesses, a novel, a life across three continents. But building something alongside women who share the same drive, discipline, and pride in their work… that may be the most rewarding venture of all."
